I very frequently come here because I'm a cross country delivery driver and usually end up in the Kent region when it's time to settle down, and choose this.
Better the devil you know, holiday inns aren't luxurious but they are clean, spacious, great tv, great staff and this place is no exception. Shout out to Karen who is very friendly behind the desk.
I stay here most weeks for business

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in due occasioni. Personalmente non piace i pavimenti in moquette ma purtroppo è una usanza inglese. Le camere erano pulite e ordinate. La colazione abbastanza variata. Il ristorante simile al servizio tipico dei pub inglesi. La posizione è isolata. Non condivido il fatto che si debba pagare il parcheggio fronte hotel

I was going through a tough time when I checked in, and the lady that booked me in, Karen , was an absolute angel. Very careful of my situation and explained everything well. Room was comfy and great for my needs considering that I booked at such short notice. Would recommend to anyone. And thank you so much Karen! You are a testament

I have be coming to this hotel for years and I have a a gluten allergy and they keep telling me they going to look into proper gluten-free sausages, not vegan. It’s like they’re discriminating to get allergies. And it the first I’m I got a room where the aircon works. If you have allergies, I would stay away from this hotel.

We stay here a lot and karen is always lovely and such a great help, whatever we need she caters for and we look forward to seeing her whenever we check in! She makes us feel welcomed and make our stay extra special!

We had a lovely stay at the holiday inn, the room was nice and also the breakfast was very good. Also big thank you to vlada for helping us with a lots of things. Very lovely and kind young lady.

Hôtel de moyen standings
Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais soucies de clim et donc radiateur d'appoint. La clim fonctionne dans la 2e chambre de ma conjointe.
Une odeur de cigarette est à déplorer dans la chambre. Manque de ventilation à mon sens.
Il y a des prises USB ce qui évite d'acheter un adaptateur, à part si vous utilisez un ordinateur. Les lits sont confortables. Lit 2 personnes séparées avec des couettes séparées.
La sonorisation est correcte. Il n'y a pas de chaîne câble. Mais le choix reste exostif. Tous en anglais.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, mais reste de qualité moyenne.
Le parking est payant, paradoxal car pas de barrière et donc accessible.
Dans l'ensemble passable pas plus de 3 étoiles.

do not come here. i received a £100 parking fine today stating I didn’t pay for parking. i did in fact pay. this is disgusting and cruel. awful hotel.

Would have rated this 5 stars but for the Ryanair penny pinching type model charging for using the car park.
The lady on duty at reception was very welcoming and efficient. She explained how to use the car park payment machine so as not to be charged for 2 days parking.
Rooms were a good size and clean. Our room was slightly noisy being opposite a main road. The room temperature could be accurately changed as required.
Breakfast was excellent, except for the coffee which I found to be mediocre. At the price, it’s good value and we would happily stay again.

This hotel is in an easily accessible part of Dartford, close to the crossing over the Thames.
They have very friendly staff at the reception that double over as bar servers too. The breakfast is no frills but hot, fresh and perfect for a great start to the day. However dinner meals aren’t that great / not recommended.
The rooms are fairly quiet, have an aircon / heater and the beds are very comfortable.
There are no amenities at this hotel.
Plenty of chargeable parking is available.
If you are a visitor that has something to do in the Dartford area, it’s a good location to stay.

Turned up for a training event today and all staff members were really polite and helpful + Tiffany showed common sense and great initiative helping with an issue I had, which was much appreciated. 👍

We used this hotel for a one night stopover with our two young grandsons. It was undoubtedly the best value spend of our weekend. Extremely good value, great staff, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was included. Would highly recommend

Not the typical IHG experience.
Room was not clean. Bedding stained. Carpet and bathroom floors not clean.
Shower tray stained/ tarnished.
Window didn’t close making the traffic noise outside unbearable all night.
Staff were appreciating the feed back, however, it wasn’t an enjoyable stay and typically didn’t represent the brand.

Only downside is that it's on the exit of the ring road which is jam packed in early hours
